The Medieval Club is the real-world identity of the College and as such must adhere to the rules and guidelines as approved by the UVic Students Society (UVSS). In particular, the UVSS insists on a 2/3 students, 1/3 "other" for membership. We have always accepted "other" in the following order: staff, faculty, alumni, spouses/significant-others of previous, general public.
The chart below is one way to describe our unique structure as we have blended the mundane and SCA officers into a distinct package.
